Izzy Argent

Izzy is an animator/illustrator who recently graduated with a degree in animation from the renowned UCA Farnham. Before that she did an art foundation diploma at Oxford Brookes University. Her work explores body positivity and feminism with several films in the festival circuit. Her work can be found at izzyargent.com.

Jachym Bouzek

Jachym‘s brilliant short animation film ‘Nudity’ which he made during lockdown is sweeping across film festivals worldwide collecting nominations and wins including Best Director at the Prix Royale 2021 animation awards in Paris.

Freyja Crisp

Freyja is an illustrator, animator and visual communicator who graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Animation and Illustration. Throughout her time at Kingston University, Freyja worked on commissions with charities such as Cats Protection and Compass Collective. Her work is empathetic, playful, and invites the viewer to act. Morgan Ellin

Animation has been Morgan’s passion since childhood. They studied animation at the University Creative Arts Farnham over the last four years before gaining their degree. Their work can be seen at film festivals and on social media.

Thomas Goodyear

Thomas is an animator, illustrator and a UAL graduate. They have previously done freelance animation for the BBC and on the film ‘Scrapper’ for the BFI and DMC Films. Their animation work is primarily driven by the need to draw smear frames.

Ben Harvey

Ben is an illustrator and graphic designer who graduated from Brighton University with a degree in Digital Media. He enjoys creating bold and textural work, which often has a focus on nature and pop culture. We’re delighted to welcome Ben as an intern for designwork.

Charlize Hoang

Charlize (Char) is an illustrator, 2D animator and background painter who graduated in 2021 with a 1st class degree in animation from UCA Farnham, where she was also a student ambassador. Prior to that she did a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design at UAL, Camberwell. Her style specialises in bold colours, flowing compositions and fantastical themes.  Char produced lined, coloured and shaded backgrounds for ‘Dead Silent’ a short film directed by Miriam Fox for the NFTS, due for release in 2022.

Kirsten Leung

Kirsten Leung graduated from Norwich University of Arts with a bachelor’s degree in illustration. She focuses on storytelling and sequential art – comics, animation, and storyboarding.

Dani Monardo

Dani is a recent graduate from Ravensbourne University London, where he graduated with a degree in animation. He directed and created his own short film, The Beatmaker, for his final major project. Coming from a 2D illustration background, this has allowed him to develop his own art style. You can find his work over at @teriyakicapsulemarket 

Lotti Sheaf

Lotti is an illustrator and animator and Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Design from the University of Brighton. Previous to that Lotti studied Digital design at East Sussex College.

Georgia Villar

Georgia is a graduate from the University of Arts London where they gained their degree in animation – specialising in 2D. Georgia has recently been working on short films and music videos including as an assistant animator on the BFI funded short film Chado which was selected at various films festivals internationally including the Tallin Black Nights Film Festival 2020 and the Raindance Film Festival 2021.

Tilly Wallace

Tilly graduated with a 1st class degree in animation from UCA Farnham in 2021. She primarily works with traditional materials such as paint and pastels and loves to emphasise the handmade nature of her work. Tilly’s paint on glass film ‘Wings for Butterflies’ is currently on the film festival circuit with 10 selections to date. Her 2019 ‘Mind (FULL)’ film was nominated for Best Micro Short at the BFI Future Film Festival and was screened in 6 international film festivals in 2020.

Anna Warren

Anna is a recent graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University achieving a degree in Illustration with animation and joins Gielgud Films on an internship. Anna‘s work focuses on bright colours and playful animated stories usually targeted at children. Her latest animation ‘Reynard’s Day In Court’ made at home during the first lockdown can be found at annawarrenportfolio.myportfolio.com
